Minesweeper Review [PC]
Minesweeper was created in 1943 by a secret team of Nazi scientists (funded by Bethesda, of course) who wanted to study the effects of fear on humans. They created Minesweeper to emulate the fear of having to cross a minefield in a warzone. Not to be confused with the extremely inferior Minecraft, Minesweeper is undoubtably the greatest game of all history.
Minesweeper has become popular ever since it was included in Microsoft Windows 3.0 and other operating systems. Many still claim that the secret team of Nazi scientists use webcams on computers to study the effects of Minesweeper on those who play it and use the data for their own devious purposes. Recent evidence has shown this to be false as Microsoft has included modes in the Windows Vista and Windows 7 versions of Minesweeper that use flowers instead of mines. Some still argue that a limited portion of the population is afraid of flowers (Anthophobia) and is thus still valid for research purposes.
The lack of music in Minesweeper makes the game better because music would be distract. Minesweeper has different graphics in each of its versions but they are very effective and keep the player focused on the gameplay. There is no story.
